Attend an informational meeting and learn more about becoming the next Florence Habitat homeowner and receive your application package.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Must be willing to make an affordable monthly payment.

• Must have a need for housing.

• Must be willing to partner with Florence Habitat for Humanity.

• Must have lived or worked in Florence for 1 year or more.

• Income requirements must be at or below 80% of the median income.
